On the ground floor (pool level) there is a fully equipped with modern appliances open-spaced kitchen, a dining area, a guests’ WC, a living room, and an outdoor, pergola-covered dining area. The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with an amazing sea view and access to an outdoor sitting area. Villa Sunshine also has 2 independent guest houses on the lower level, both of them with direct access to the garden.

• Smoking, parties and pets are not allowed.
• No different or extra guests than the ones who made the reservation are allowed to stay.
• Please do not throw the toilet paper in the basin. There is a basket for this purpose.
• Please remove the garbage daily.
• The house must be tidy, with washed dishes and no garbage upon check out.

Confirmation procedure:
• A deposit of 50% is required.
• Balance payment 1 month before arrival.
• A refundable damage deposit is required in cash upon arrival. It is returned to you on your departure day after the typical check of the house.

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

The down payment is 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
Balance 60% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
A security deposit of 25% of the total amount is required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorization upon arrival.

For reservations less than 60 days prior to check-in:

Down payment of 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
A security deposit of 25% of the total amount is required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorization upon arrival.
