It is part of a complex in a 900sq.m plot, with an independent entrance and a verdant garden, full of trees and plants. It consists of a two-level, 213 sq.m. main house as well as an independent guesthouse (40sq.m). The maisonette also has a brand-new swim spa pool with a sea view.

The house is equipped with an exceptional outdoor “Multitude 600” mosaic swim spa for swimming and hydro-massage. The spa is 6.02 meters long by 2.40 meters wide and has a depth of 1.43 meters. It is beautifully tiled with Briare tiles in aqua colors and is surrounded by a teak deck with sun loungers, offering splendid sea views. It offers a powerful crosscurrent swimming section for one or two persons and a water/air massage sitting section for concurrent use by four persons. It allows you to perform several aqua workouts and share peaceful moments with your friends and family.

The swimming jets offer a powerful flow and a steady current for better swimming quality. With this strong jet power, it is possible to do all kinds of exercises to work on different muscle groups as efficiently as possible. Whether you are training your muscles or your cardio, the versatility of the jets and accessories available can satisfy every type of physical activity.

On the other hand, for the less sporty type, the massage sitting section guarantees total immersion in the world of wellness and relaxation. Its comfortable seats are equipped with strategically placed jets to optimize well-being. The effectiveness of the massage and relaxation offers a true wellness sensation.

Policies

• Smoking, parties and pets are not allowed.
• No different or extra guests than the ones who made the reservation are allowed to stay.
• Please do not throw the toilet paper in the basin. There is a basket for this purpose.
• Please remove the garbage daily.
• The house must be tidy, with washed dishes and no garbage upon check out.

Confirmation procedure:
• A deposit of 50% is required.
• Balance payment 1 month before arrival.
• A refundable damage deposit is required in cash upon arrival. It is returned to you on your departure day after the typical check of the house.

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

The down payment is 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
Balance 60% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
A security deposit of 25% of the total amount is required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorization upon arrival.

For reservations less than 60 days prior to check-in:

Down payment of 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
A security deposit of 25% of the total amount is required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorization upon arrival.
