Situated among colorful gardens and an olive grove of 4 acres, right on the main road that drives you around Lefkada island and yet very isolated and tranquil, this beautiful stone house is also next to the picturesque village’s square, with the two huge centenarian plane trees that the grand-grandfather of the family planted and now shade the local little taverns!
Both apartments offer spacious rooms, all facilities, quality of materials, silence, incredible natural beauty, a big veranda overlooking the gardens and the olive grove and big patio with a dining table.
Asprogerakata village (“white-falcons place” in Greek), is among the most significant villages of Lefkada island, as the area from the ancient years until today, has been famous for its crystal water springs (Frya Well) from where 7 other villages used to carry water back home. This natural gift, has created an area of amazing beauty. Everything you need is in walking distance and you will explore the best parts of the island having a wonderful location and house as your base! Lefkada town is just 9 km away, as far as Nikiana town is also located. In both towns, you will find places of interest and vivid night life. But you don’t have to go that “far”, when Agios Nikitas beach, has really beautiful bars if you feel like going somewhere close to your house for a drink or two! In our wonderful area, a famous Wine festival takes place on Frya Square, around the historic Frya Well!
