The house is located in a private lot surrounded by trees, with absolute privacy and open space. At the back of the house, boasting an independent entrance is the guesthouse featuring 2 single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a small fridge.

• The house must be tidy, with washed dishes and no garbage upon check out.

Confirmation procedure:
• A deposit of 50% is required.
• Balance payment 1 month before arrival.
• A refundable damage deposit is required in cash upon arrival. It is returned to you on your departure day after the typical check of the house.
