This 200 sq.m. villa is a double house offering peace and quiet, while a huge veranda and a refreshing mini pool set the tone for endless relaxation.

Policies

• Smoking, parties and pets are not allowed.
• No different or extra guests than the ones who made the reservation are allowed to stay.
• Please do not throw the toilet paper in the basin. There is a basket for this purpose.
• Please remove the garbage daily.
• The house must be tidy, with washed dishes and no garbage upon check out.

Confirmation procedure:
• A deposit of 50% is required.
• Balance payment 1 month before arrival.
• A refundable damage deposit is required in cash upon arrival. It is returned to you on your departure day after the typical check of the house.
