On The first level-ground floor you’ll find two large elevated terraces that overlook the blue water of a gorgeous swimming pool and an excellent panoramic view of a magnificent garden, full of plants, trees, as well as the best sunset view ‘painting’ the Athenian Sky with any possible color you may imagine. You can enjoy your meals, coffee or drinks at the outdoor dining area or just rest at its bamboo sofas enjoying the relaxing ambiance.
On the same level and inside the villa, you ‘ll find a specious, sunny living room with large windows, furnished with comfortable sofas, high quality decoration, marble fireplace, a 60 inches led smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime), piano, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there’s a master bedroom with ample closets and a private bathroom.
