This summer escape near the beach and the town of Lefkimi, was designed by the architect owner, who wished to recreate his best Corfu memories from childhood. The 2-floor villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in 3 bedrooms (and 3 bathrooms) with all amenities, while a garden with its orange grove, the huge pool and BBQ, creates the perfect outdoors living.

• Smoking, parties and pets are not allowed.
• No different or extra guests than the ones who made the reservation are allowed to stay.
• Please do not throw the toilet paper in the basin. There is a basket for this purpose.
• Please remove the garbage daily.
• The house must be tidy, with washed dishes and no garbage upon check out.
Confirmation procedure:
• A deposit of 50% is required.
• Balance payment 1 month before arrival.
• A refundable damage deposit is required in cash upon arrival. It is returned to you on your departure day after the typical check of the house.
