In addition to the main Villa, there are 4 independent guest houses that can accommodate in total of 8 guests or 4 couples.

1st Guest House: The first guest house consists of a double bed, a bathroom with shower, A/C system and guests have direct access to the courtyard where they can relax in the sitting area.
2nd Guest House: The second guest house consists of a double bed, a bathroom with shower, A/C system and guests have direct access to the courtyard where they can relax in the sitting area.
3rd Guest House: The third guest house consists of a double bed, a bathroom with shower, A/C, and direct access to the courtyard.

4th Guest House: The fourth guest house is located close to the main house, and it consists of a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a sofa & a small kitchen, and an A/C system. Guests have direct access to the pool and the garden, beautiful sea view.

Policies

• Smoking, parties and pets are not allowed.
• No different or extra guests than the ones who made the reservation are allowed to stay.
• Please do not throw the toilet paper in the basin. There is a basket for this purpose.
• Please remove the garbage daily.
• The house must be tidy, with washed dishes and no garbage upon check out.

Confirmation procedure:
• A deposit of 50% is required.
• Balance payment 1 month before arrival.
• A refundable damage deposit is required in cash upon arrival. It is returned to you on your departure day after the typical check of the house.

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

The down payment is 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
Balance 60% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
A security deposit of 25% of the total amount is required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorization upon arrival.

For reservations less than 60 days prior to check-in:

Down payment of 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
A security deposit of 25% of the total amount is required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorization upon arrival.
