In Agios Lazaros on a piece of land of about 1.400 sq.m. there is a villa of about 590 sq.m. with 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and a swimming pool. The main building has a ground floor and a first floor. The ground floor has an entrance hall, two living rooms with a fireplace, a dining room, an Italian made kitchen with three freezers, two ovens, one microwave oven, a vitroceram and a dishwasher, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a lift and two outside verandas with a swimming pool, two dining places, a bar, a bbq, an outside oven, an outside bathroom for the verandas, a parking place and three pergolas. The first floor is connected to the ground floor with an internal staircase and a lift and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a dressing room, an office, a linen room and an outside veranda with a pergola.
The basement is located under the veranda and has two small bedrooms, one bathroom and one living room with a kitchen for the service people and a machinery room for the swimming pool and the central heating. Near the entrance of the villa, in a lower level, there is a guestroom with a bathroom. In a lower level there is a Greek Orthodox Church (St. Anastasia of Rome) with a storeroom.
The swimming pool (10m.X6,50m.X2,20m.) is cleaned by an ionization system, can be heated and has a Jacuzzi and a jet device for swimming against the stream. Each room has a Daikin split system air conditioning and the villa has a central heating. There is also a water tank of about 100 cub.m. water, a sewage tank, an entrance door TV color camera, an electric entrance door, an alarm installation and three satellite antennas (for hotbird, astra and astra for sky). There is also a lady, who sleeps in the house, for the cleaning of the house, for the changing and for washing of the bedsheets and the towels and for serving the breakfast.
